• The Script

• Cast duly signed up by legal agreement

• Detailed Pitch and details of any rights acquired

• Finance Plan

• Sales Agents details on board with Sales Estimates' that support Budget and Finance Plan

• Details of any Pre-sales and/or Minimum Guarantees

• Details of Distribution/Prints/Advertising commitments from a reputable Distributor/Broadcaster covering one or more key markets for the finished Project.
